Paper Submission

Short Paper Submission

By tradition ISTET conferences first collect a short (one page) unpublished paper. This one page digest should contain the title of the paper, the authors and their affiliation, a short abstract, the main contents of the paper, preliminary results and references. The digest should be submitted using the https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=istet2019 as a PDF file only, formatted in DIN A4. See below the templates for preparing the digest and the full version of the paper.

For any details, please feel free to contact the organizers. Use the e-mail istet2019@tu-sofia.bg. The one page short papers will be reviewed by the editorial board and will be published in a Book-of-Abstracts, available at the symposium.

Full Papers

Authors of accepted and registered papers will be encouraged to submit a full version (max. 8 pages) of their paper by the end of the symposium. The paper should be uploaded using https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=istet2019 in the same format, as the digest, given above.

After a review procedure, a number of papers will be selected by the editorial board for publication in the Special Issue of COMPEL (The International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering) in 2020, issue 3, see http://www.emeraldinsight.com/journal/compel#. The special issue will have the title: “Special issue on Theoretical Electrical Engineering“.

Another part of papers will be published in the peer reviewed scientific journal “ELECTROTECHNICA+ELECTRONICA” – “E+E”, see http://epluse.fnts.bg.

As soon as the selection will be done, the authors will be informed and guided to the corresponding journal. All papers will undergo a peer reviewing process with respect to the journal.

Young Researchers Poster Competition

A special session for students and PhD candidates is intended to be organized. Please put the name of the session in the category field when electronically submitting the short paper. The candidates interested in the competition have to provide a confirmation of their current student´s status.
